How to manage background cron job in Phpfox?

In phpfox v3 or v4 have some cron job running scheduled in the background. And if your site install more plugins, it can install more cron job and you don't know what are running. One day, your site can be die because of the cron if it is failed to work or run very slow.

After install:

Phpfox v3: goto AdminCP > Module > Cron Manager > Manage Cron Jobs

Phpfox v4: goto AdminCP > Apps > Cron Manage > Manage Cron Jobs

Phpfox v4: Where is server setting file located?

In Phpfox v4, server setting file is changed to: [web_root]/file/setting/server.sett.php

Other setting file still located at [web_root]/include/setting/
